Andrea uses her engineer brain to help clients make an impact on complex situations with concrete plans, clear metrics, and creative content. She has worked with organizations as diverse as The World Bank, The Water Environment Federation, The International Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from Georgia Tech and Master of Public Affairs degree from the LBJ School at the University of Texas at Austin. She also has 28 years experience as a stand-up comic.

Patrick has been developing film and television projects and writing and producing live-action, documentary, and animated content for corporations, industry associations, non-profits for the past ten years. He consults on story development, messaging and video production with nonprofits, nationally and internationally. Patrick has a B.A. in Philosophy and Creative Writing from Emory University.

Deb Greenleaf is business and financial manager at Just Add Firewater. Deb has more than eighteen years of experience in finance and accounting. A frequent instructor at the Manufacturers’ Association of Northwest Pennsylvania and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Gannon University, Deb loves to share her love of small business accounting and finance. She's a proud graduate of Bowdoin College.
